VENUE RESEARCH & COORDINATION

I help you find the perfect place to welcome your guests and say "I do!" Once you've made your selection, I arrange site visits and get to know your venue inside and out so we're fully prepared. I'll handle questions to the venue and will track the responses so you won't have to worry about chasing down answers.

DREAM-TEAM VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Throughout the planning process, I'll help you find the perfect vendors for you, and will manage vendor communications to keep us organized. Day of, I'll handle all vendor coordination, setup/breakdown, and distribute any cash payments and gratuities.

BRIDGING THE CULTURAL GAPS

As an NYC-based planner, I know how to ensure your expectations are exceeded. Forget the hassle of language barriers and varying response rates. I am an equipped liaison who can get you what you need, when you need it. I can also help with understanding local customs so you feel fully prepared.

BESPOKE EVENT DESIGN

Let's create an event that is uniquely you! As part of the planning process, I create custom event designs just for you. Once you're happy with the aesthetic vision, I'll ensure a cohesive, unified visual experience throughout your event.

TIMELINE CREATION & EVENT FLOW

I handle all the scheduling, timeline, vendor start/end timing, wedding party organization, photo timing, and more, so you can focus on the fun stuff. I also help couples ensure they have a seamless event flow full of thoughtful touches.

VENDOR NEGOTIATION & BUDGET MANAGEMENT

My goal is to save my clients money. I advise on where we can trim, and negotiate with vendors to help get you the best prices. We'll look at a cohesive budget estimate to manage expectations and help you get your dream event – in budget.

GUEST LIST MANAGEMENT

From helping you trim the list, to tracking (and chasing) RSVPs to fielding guest questions, I have it handled. I will also help you with seating charts and place cards.
